From Monday 17 September, Web Notes, iMobile and freight tracking functions will be replaced with a single StraitNZ Freight Forwarding branded portal, where you can continue to create consignments, arrange pick up and track freight.

Please remember to update your bookmarks to this new portal address – http://online.straitnz.co.nz
Due to the system changes your account number will now be pre-fixed by “FF-“ ie account 12345 is now FF-12345. Your log in to the new portal will be your account number. This will also be your password.
Please note that the automated phone booking (option 1) will no longer be available. All pick ups should be raised through the new web portal or by contacting our customer service team.
